      Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to your most common questions before you set off on your next Nomatrails expedition.

If you’re already comfortable with ultra-distance trails and love a challenge, this trip is for you.

No. Running is the way we move, but the experience goes beyond that. Expect local food, deep conversations, cultural ceremonies, yoga, nature, and connection.

All accommodation, guided runs, cultural activities, transfers within Costa Rica, some meals, and expert local guidance. Flights are not included.

Absolutely — most of our runners travel solo! You’ll be part of a welcoming group from day one. Expect friendships, not awkward silences.

We keep it intimate: 8 to 14 runners per group. Enough to feel the vibe, small enough to connect deeply.
