Are you considering running holidays for singles? You’re in good company. Many of our adventurers embark on these journeys solo, seeking authentic experiences and human connections through the shared love of exploration. We believe running is a means of transport, not an end, and our small groups are designed to foster friendships, not competition.
Connecting on Running Holidays for Singles

We’ve found that solo travelers often integrate seamlessly into our groups, which are typically small and intimate, ranging from 4 to 12 runners. Our philosophy is to create an environment where you’re not just a client, but a friend, sharing a transformative experience. You’ll run point-to-point, discovering a new place every day, traversing itineraries, and exploring territories like only runners can.
Safety and Support on the Trail
When you join us, client security is a top priority. Our trips are founder-led, and we use local guides who have deep relationships with the places we visit. For instance, on our Morocco adventure, we run with local Berber guides who live in the remote villages we pass through. We track your location in real time via GPS, and on trips like Morocco, we have 4×4 support and assistance points, ensuring bottled water is always available. You can travel with respect, ready to learn, and know you’re in safe hands.
Seamless Journeys, Authentic Discoveries
One of the reasons solo travelers appreciate our guided trips is the seamless logistics. Our routes are often our own, built over 15+ years, traversing regions from town to town. This kind of point-to-point journey, with luggage moved daily between accommodations, is nearly impossible to self-organize. We handle the details so you can focus on the run and the experience.
We offer single rooms for those who prefer them, with a supplement that varies by trip. For example, a single supplement is usually €60 per night on our Costa Brava journey and €50 per night for our Sicily adventure.
On our Costa Brava trip, you’ll run from town to town through trails, forests, beaches, castles, and monasteries, sleeping every day in a different ancient village. The Mediterranean cuisine is a key part of the experience. The daily stages, ranging from 12 to 24 km, are flexible, allowing stages to be shortened, hiked, or lengthened to accommodate different running abilities. One traveler noted discovering running vacations and seeing Spain in a new way through our Costa Brava tour.
For those joining our Pyrenees to Med trip, solo travelers are always welcome to join mixed groups. We understand that on these adventures, re-wearing running clothes is part of the experience, as we move to different locations daily.
Our Sicily journey, one of our most refined, offers a strong contrast: effort during the day, softness in the evenings, with food as a central part of the journey, fostering moments of connection during long meals.
In Morocco, you’ll experience our most epic adventure, crossing from the High Atlas to the Sahara on foot, traveling to the past through remote villages. It’s a time-traveling experience where we stay with the people who live there, in their own houses.
Our wildest and most demanding adventure, Costa Rica, takes you from the 3,450m summit of Cerro de la Muerte down to the South Pacific coast. This expedition is for experienced trail runners with strong fitness, and interested runners have a pre-trip call with a founder to confirm the fit. Here, the group runs together as a family, acknowledging that in the jungle, nature rules.
We are a family business, creating running experiences since 2010. Our only goal is to traverse the territory like only runners can, building memories and stories you can tell your grandkids — stories that will change you, that will transform you.
